The Village Vertical, designed by Sou Fujimoto, Nicolas Laisné, and Dimitri Roussel, won the Inventons la Métropole du Grand Paris competition in 2018 and is set in Rosny-sous-Bois as a vibrant, mixed-use development.

 Featuring 17,000 sqm of housing, 5,300 sqm of office space, and 6,000 sqm of public amenities—including a food court, daycare, rooftop bar, and sports hub—the timber-structured, 50m tower acts as a landmark and integrates greenery throughout to foster community and connect with the urban landscape.
